You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
Each player is permitted to hold only one b8ngoplus account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. b8ngoplus is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requires you to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of address. b8ngoplus may also request additional documentation at its discretion. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction. b8ngoplus does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. b8ngoplus aims to process GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. b8ngoplus reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. b8ngoplus may apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

Upon closure for breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited.
You may close your b8ngoplus account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonuses will be forfeited. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, b8ngoplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
b8ngoplus's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
b8ngoplus does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. b8ngoplus makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude b8ngoplus's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
b8ngoplus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
